APRIL 2002  I'm Glad to see you're still selling your wonderful products.!   It (the Hide N Sleep) is probably the most valuable thing he has in his cage.  Baby my Umbrella Cockatoo is now 7, and not quite the brat he was when I first got him.  Spoiled rotten, that is.  It doesn't seem like that long ago (1998) that I ordered a few covers for the Hide N Sleep to hold me over and now we finally need  some more.  Anyway, now when it's bedtime, he doesn't even wait for me to cover the cage.  He just goes in his little tent by himself.  When you approach at night he hisses and says "Night Night!!!"  Also, he's learned to play 'peek a boo' in it.  And he sulks inside it when he's being ignored.  Thanks again for a great product.  Evelyn, El Paso, TX
MARCH 2002  We heard from two of our original customers this month who have been using the SAME Hide N Sleep since 1995.  How many parrot products can say that!?  They both finally need a replacement cover.  Wally the Hahn's macaw has been using his Hide N Sleep since May, 1995.  When first received, his owners said the Hide N Sleep was the best birthday present Wally ever got, and he is still using it today!  Ann, Groton NY

Hi Suzy, remember me in the UK?  I purchased a Hide N Sleep for my Patagonian Conure about 9 months ago.  She absolutely adores it, which is why I want to purchase another 2!!!  I travel with "Dibby" to my Mom's and my boyfriends a lot so Dibby is always on the move. MARCH  2001  First, thank you for the speed of our recent order for parts.   You may recall some time ago after we placed an order for our UMBRELLA COCKATOO, Bogie that I wrote you with comments on what I considered flaws in your product.   I must say my comments were incorrect as time has proven.  You treated me with courtesy and made every effort to correct any difficulties we were having.  Your customer service is First Class.  Today, we and Bogie, are delighted with your product!  Sure, he eventually chews it to pieces as he does every other thing in his cage but that is not the issue. He loves his Hide N Sleep and it serves as a place to rest, a place to put his toys, and a great spot for a game of Hide N Seek!...We have found it also works quite well outside of his cage as another place to play and go to sleep while we hold him!  He crawls up into it and goes sound asleep in our arms while we watch TV or read.....So I'm writing to tell you that we are 100% satisfied and greatly pleased with your Product, your Staff, your Company and your Customer Support. Thank you for responding to my email.....I was premature in telling you the Pele my WHITE BELLIED CAIQUE would not go into his Hide N Sleep.  I put some peanuts and toys in his Medium HNS and left him alone for 1/2 hour.  When I finished my house chores and went to check on him, the little sweetie was peeking out the door of his new apartment.  He really is enjoying it!  Christine, N. NOVEMBER  2000  Just received my replacement covers for my Gold Capped Conure Maya's "harem" (as we call it).  It had been awhile since she chewed it, I had forgotten how much she liked her Hide N Sleep.  Well she would not let me put it together or put it in her cage without her hanging on my arm, trying to get in the cage, whilst doing her 'lovely squeak". I don't know how any bird survives without a Hide N Sleep, Krista C. of Lansdale, PA told us.  Last October, she had only one very spoiled Peach Faced Love Bird!  Now she's adding a baby Jenday Conure and another Hide N Sleep!  (Thanks Krista, & enjoy that new baby, too!)

JUNE 2000  (Look at another example of how Parrots & Their People modify our Hide N Sleep to their needs!) I have a Sun Conure named Paco - 4 years old I got when he was 4 months old.  I purchased the Hide N Sleep a year ago.  I take flannel and cut it four thickness' deep and make a small cut in the center to get it over the tent pole and pull it down  and tuck it under the platform then put the tent back together.  Paco spends hours inside the tent chewing up the flannel and lets me have some peace and quiet. It is the best thing I ever bought for my parrot.   Janice, PA

	My African Grey has become so cuddly since he got his Hide N Sleep; I think security made the difference.  He used to sleep with his head stuck up his bell but now uses the HIDE N SLEEP! My Caique also loves his for play and sleep.  Our two Eclectus male and female also agree it's a great product, as does our Blue Headed Pionus.  They each have their own HIDE N SLEEP, plus one on their play gym!  Carson - CA
